At Naked Nutrition, our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you are eligible to request a return following the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility and Timeframe
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. To qualify for a return, items must comply with all of the following:
- The product remains unused and in its original condition.
- There are no signs of damage or wear from use after delivery.
- The item is returned in a condition that enables proper inspection.
Returns failing to meet these criteria may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the return results from a defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by Naked Nutrition.
Shipping fees for your original order are calculated and shown at checkout.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving your returned item, we require 2-4 business days to inspect and process your return.
- You will be notified whether the refund request is approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
