Welcome to Naked Nutrition. By placing an order or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

Order Placement and Processing

All orders placed with Naked Nutrition are subject to product availability and payment verification. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or modify orders due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, technical faults, or suspicion of fraud.

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Following processing, shipping generally takes between 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees vary per order and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Most new, unopened items purchased from Naked Nutrition may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at megancalderon493136@outlook.com with your order details.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect; in those cases, Naked Nutrition will cover return shipping fees.

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours after it is placed. To make a cancellation request, please contact us immediately at megancalderon493136@outlook.com.

Requests made after the 12-hour window may not be honored.
